The Vineyard Playhouse is hosting a holiday party this Sunday December 16, at 5pm after the 3pm matinee performance of The Homecoming as a way to say thanks and Happy Holidays to all of our supporters.  The evening will be filled with holiday cheer, hot cider, sweets and music. It will also be a chance to bid on our awesome Holiday Auction, which includes a trip to Bermuda, a Jake Gyllenhaal autographed production book from Brokeback Mountain and an Aquinnah fishing trip, amongst other things. If you are not able to come and bid in person or you want to check out our items ahead of time you can do it on our website.
Another way to help The Playhouse before the end of 2008 is to be a star. Each of us has special people in our lives that have touched our hearts in a meaningful way.  During this Holiday season The Vineyard Playhouse is offering a unique opportunity for you to recognize or memorialize these people and to celebrate their lives. With the donation of $100 to The Vineyard Playhouse, we will put the name of a star in your life in the 2008 Playhouse program and they will receive an acknowledgment gift in your name. So, come to The Homecoming this weekend Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 7pm or Sunday at 3pm. Then come to our Holiday Party, Sunday at 5pm and bid on our awesome auction items, and if you can’t be there bid online.
